中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要在於探討蔗渣木屑堆肥不同施用量對於彩色海芋生育、切花產量、養分含量及土壤肥力之影響,試驗處理包括蔗渣木屑堆肥不同施用量 (20、15、10、5 t/ha) 及對照區黃豆粕 (5 t/ha) 等。由田間試驗結果顯示,彩色海芋切花採收期植株存活率;以及彩色海芋球莖採收期球莖之直徑、鮮重、乾重及存活率等生育性狀,使用蔗渣木屑堆肥處理均較佳於使用黃豆粕處理,惟在使用蔗渣木屑堆肥不同用量處理間差異不顯著。由彩色海芋球莖採收期之球莖存活率與蔗渣木屑堆肥用量的相關分析顯示,兩者之間有顯著的二次曲線相關性(Y=51.2+1.53X-0.025X2;R2=0.832*) ,由此可推算出蔗渣木屑堆肥的合理用量約為10~15 t/ha 。彩色海芋切花採收期葉片中氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂等養分含量在不同處理間差異不顯著,惟彩色海芋球莖中氮及磷、鉀及鈣等養分含量在不同處理間略有所差異,另土壤有機質含量、Bray-1 磷含量、交換性鉀含量及交換性鈣含量在不同處理間亦略有部份差異,且上述土壤肥力特性分別與彩色海芋球莖中氮、磷、鉀及鈣含量有顯著的直線相關。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of different application rates of bagase -sawdust compost on the growth, the cut-flower yield, the nutrient contents of calla lily (Zantedeschia sp.) and the soil fertility. Experiment was conducted with different application rates (20, 15, 10 and 5 t/ha) of bagase -sawdust compost and soybean meal 5 t/ha (CK). The field results indicated that the survival rate of calla lily at the cut-flower stage, the diameter, fresh weight, dry weight and survival rate of the tuber at the tuber-harvested stage were found had better responses with the application of bagase -sawdust compost than that with the application of soybean meal. There were not significant different between the different amounts of bagase -sawdust compost. There was a significant regression (Y=51.2+1.53x-0.025X2;R2=0.832*) between the survival rate of tuber at the tuber-harvested stage of calla lily and the application rates of bagase-sawdust compost. However, the optimum amount of 10~15 t/ha bagase -sawdust compost was appropriated. The N, P, K, Ca and Mg contents of leaf of calla lily at cut-flower stage were not significant different between the treatments. The N, P, K and Ca contents of tuber of calla lily at the tuber-harvested stage had some differences between the treatments. The contents of soil OM, available P, exchanged K and exchanged Ca had some differences between the treatments, and there were highly linear correlations between those soil characteristics and the contents of N, P, K and Ca of the tuber of calla lily, respectively. |
