中文摘要 | 蓖麻(Ricinus communis L.)是重要的工業用油原料,有關蓖麻遺傳多樣性及親緣關係的研究甚少,國內亦無相關研究報導。本試驗共蒐集30個蓖麻種原(包含23個大陸品種與7個台灣收集系),於嘉義地區經兩年度兩期作栽培,並進行15項農藝性狀調查,一方面比較不同收集系農藝性狀之差異,並進行各性狀間相關性探討。試驗結果顯示15個農藝性狀,彼此間顯示出不同程度相關性,相關性分析結果顯示蓖麻單位面積產量與主穗長度、主穗蒴果數、一次分枝蒴果數、二次分枝蒴果數、種子寬、單株蒴果數與百粒重呈現高度正相關性。此外,因素分析結果亦顯示2007年分析結果顯示,第Ι因子之特徵值為6.5217,其變方貢獻度為51.35%,此主成分中以與單位面積產量相關度高的性狀有較高的正值。第Ⅱ主成分之特徵值為2.953,其變方貢獻度為23.25%。第Ⅲ主成分之特徵值為2.0068,其變方貢獻度為15.80%。2008年分析結果則顯示第Ι因子之特徵值為3.6956,其變方貢獻度為29.73%,此主成分中以與植株性狀相關度高的性狀有較高的正值。第Ⅱ主成分之特徵值為3.5233,其變方貢獻度為28.34%。第Ⅲ主成分之特徵值為2.1509,其變方貢獻度為15.30%。上述結果顯示針對與種子產量相關度較高的農藝性狀進行蓖麻高產育種的間接選拔指標是可行的。 |
英文摘要 | Ricinus communis containing 40~60% oil content in seed and is an important industrial oil in the world. There are few studies published with respect to genetic diversity and phylogenetic tree in castor. At present study, we collected 30 accessions (including 23 accessions from China and 7 accessions from Taiwan), and cultivated at Chiayi area both in 2007 and 2008 crop season. First, we surveyed 15 agronomic characters at seed maturation stage. The correlation and factor analysis were further investigated to understand the relationship among these characters. The result showed the seed yield was significantly correlated to main ear length, main ear capsule number, first branch capsule number, second branch capsule number, seed width, total capsule number and 100-seed weight in 2007 crop season, but not showed in 2008. Besides, the eigen value and variation contribution is 6.5217 and 51.35% in factor 1, 2.953 and 23.25% in factor 2, and 2.0068 and 15.08% in factor 3. In 2008 crop season, the eigen value and variation contribution is 3.6956 and 29.73% in factor 1, 3.5233 and 28.34% in factor 2, and 2.1509 and 15.30% in factor 3. These results suggested that it could be possible to enhance seed yield by improving these highly correlated characters in castor. |
