中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討台灣旱田常見之雜草鼠麴舅(Gnaphalium purpureum L.)種子發芽能力之季節性週年變遷。在嘉義地區採收之鼠麴舅種子,於2006年7月埋於10cm深土中,每個月取樣,在室內六種不同溫度下與田間覆土0.1cm進行發芽試驗,全程兩年。掩埋試驗顯示,出土鼠麴舅種子,在照光處理下之試驗初期除了在30/25℃下發芽率較低外,在15/10、20/15、25/20、23/13、30/20℃下皆具高發芽率,並顯現出季節性變化。在黑暗處理下之試驗初期發芽率皆較低,除了30/25℃及30/20℃下種子制約休眠性較強,發芽率幾乎接近0%,其餘4種溫度之種子發芽皆與照光處理下之情況相似,但黑暗處理下之種子發芽率較照光處理下略低。出土種子田間萌芽與新鮮種子播種於田間之試驗,其種子發芽率亦集中於冬季前後,春末至秋初(4、5、6、7、8月)則因田間溫度過高並無種子萌芽。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study would like to know the annual changes of the dry land weed seed germinability of Gnaphalium purpureum L. in Taiwan. The seeds were collected in Chiayi and buried into a 10 cm-deep upland soil, and then harvested monthly for two years. Seed germination percentage was tested under six different temperature regimes or buried into soil of 0.1 cm in depth. It was found that the germination rate of tested seeds was lower at 30/25℃ in the beginning of the experiment with light treatment. The high germination ability of buried seeds was observed while they were incubated at 15/10, 20/15, 25/20, 23/13 and 30/20℃ with light treatment and that was changed with seasonal fluctuation. However, seed germination at all temperature regimes was lower at the beginning with dark treatment. The tested seeds had stronger conditional dormancy at 30/25 and 30/20℃ with germination percentage near zero. Germination abilities of tested seeds among other four temperatures were similar with light treatment, but all seed germination abilities with dark treatment were lower than that with light treatment. Field experiments of buried seeds and fresh seeds showed that seed germination mainly occurred in winter. However, the high temperature from late spring to early autumn refarded seed germination. |
