中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是要瞭解接受復健治療的腦性麻痺兒童學校生活適應的情形。學校生活適應包含腦性麻痺兒童的大動作、精細動作、生活自理、社會團體生活技能、學業準備能力、及知覺概念等六大領域。研究對象以台灣北、中、南區域接受早期療育復健治療協助,並進入國民小學一年級之133位腦性麻痺兒童為對象。所採用的研究工具為研究者自編的腦性麻痺國小一年級生活適應量表,所得資料以描述統計進行分析。研究結果發現:1. 腦性麻痹兒童大動作表現得和一般兒童差距不大,但精細動作表現則差距比較大。2.生活自理方面無法達到與正常兒童有相等的適應能力。3.社會團體生活技能平均比正常兒童差一些而已,六項能力中表現較佳的一項。4.學業準備與知覺概念平均是比正常兒童差一些。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the life adaptation at school for the children with cerebral palsy (CP) while accepting rehabilitation program. The ability of school adaptation include six major realms, i.e., gross motor, fine motor, self care for activity of daily life, social skill of group life, academic study preparation and perceptional concept. The subjects of this study consisted of 133 CP first graders of primary schools who accepting rehabilitation program of early intervention in northern, central, and southern regions of Taiwan. Rating scale of school adaptation was developed to collect data. The descriptive statistic methods were used to analyze the data. The result of this study as following: 1. The difference of gross motor performance between CP and normal children was little, but fine motor showed greater difference. 2. CP was not in a position to equal normal counterparts in competence of self care for activity of daily life. 3. In the aspects of social skill of group life, CP was only a little bit inferior to normal counterparts, as the better item in performance among six capabilities. 4. In average academic study preparation and perceptional concept, CP was a little bit inferior to normal counterparts. |
