中文摘要 | 本論文研究採用文獻資料回顧與後設回顧的方法,配合理論及研究者個人長期的教育行政與公共行政之實務經驗,將代理國民中學校長期間所使用的領導與管理策略及其效果,做系統的分析、歸納、統整與敘述;也可以將本論文視為是一項行動研究與行動學習的過程與結果的研究報告。 本論文分為六節撰稿,第一節為前言,主要內容為概述本論文的研究動 機、目的與背景等。第二節為國民中學教育現場的定義,主要內容為定義目前國內國民中學的內外環境及處境。第三節為國民中學教育現場的挑戰,探討在國民中學教育現場,來自校園內外之壓力與挑戰。第四節為探討優質國民中學的指標,並試圖建構現代優質國民中學的典範模式。第五節主要內容為敘述建構優質國民中學的領導與管理策略。第六節為結語,係將本論文重點做摘要式的整理,以加深讀者的印象。 |
英文摘要 | This thesis adopted literature review and meta-review methodology to do the research. During the period as a junior high school substitute principal, the author reported a systematic analysis, sum up, integration and narrative of adopting the strategies of leadership and management and its results that integrated the theory and personal years practical experiences in educational and public administration. This thesis could also be treated as a research report of the process and results of action research and action learning. There were six sections in this thesis. Section one was the preface that gave the summary of motivation, purpose, and background of the research. Section two was the definition of junior high school education locale that defined the outside and inside environments and situations of the junior high schools in current Taiwan. Section three was the challenges of the junior high school education locale that explored the challenges and stresses of the inside and outside campus of the junior high school education locale. Section four was to explore the index of the high quality junior schools and tried to construct the pattern model of the high quality junior schools in modern society. Section five was to state the strategies of leadership and management of constructing the high quality junior schools. Section six was the conclusion that summarized the main points of this thesis and made the integration of emphasis in order to deepen the reads' impressions. |
