| 中文摘要 | 自90年代後,層積竹材之開發成功,將竹材之利用推向高附加價值之工業產品如家具、竹簾、地板等。本研究以自行開發設計之二段式鉋光機鉋削層積竹材,並與手壓鉋鉋削面及砂磨面比較,期能取代砂磨作業。試驗結果顯示以二種斜交角(15°及20°)配合三種刀尖與壓鐵距離(0.3、0.5及0.7mm)鉋削硬槭之實際切屑厚度為0.049~0.054mm,接近於切削量,而層積竹材之切屑厚度為0.034~0.041mm,明顯低於切削量。此外,鉋光機鉋削層積竹材之加工粗糙度(Rmax)明顯低於手壓鉋鉋削面及砂磨面,且層積竹材之垂直木理方向粗糙度高出平行木理約1.5~1.8倍,斜交角15°及20°之加工面粗糙度間差異不顯著;至於壓鐵與刀尖距離對加工面粗糙度及電能消耗之影響並不顯著,但斜交角15°之電能消耗稍低於斜交角20°者;再就加工面之觸感而言,以鉋光機鉋削層積竹材之表面靜摩擦係數(μ_s)為0.52~0.61,動摩擦係數(μ_k)為0.36~0.42,而砂磨面為0.42(μ_s)及0.32(μ_k),顯示鉋光機鉋削層積竹材之優良平滑感。 |
| 英文摘要 | Laminated bamboo has been developed to become a high value product in furniture, flooring and bamboo curtain since 1990. The objective of this study was to cut laminated bamboo using a two-passage surfacer. The planed surface will be compared with sanding surface with the hopes of finding an alternative to the sanding process. The results indicated the actual shaving thickness was from 0.049 to 0.054 mm which is near the cutting depth, and from 0.034 to 0.041 mm, which is lower than the cutting depth for hard maple and laminated bamboo when cutting them at an oblique angle of 15° or 20° with three clearances of tool bar and cutting edge (0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mm). Further, the surface quality of laminated bamboo was smoother than the planed and sanded surface when cutting laminated bamboo at an oblique angle of 15° or 20°. The roughness of cutting surface for the perpendicular grain was greater than the longitudinal grain by about 1.5~1.8 times. The clearance of the bar and cutting edge did not significantly affect the cutting surface and power consumption. The power consumption of the oblique angle of 15° was less than the oblique angle of 20°. As for the tactility of the cutting surface, the static(μ_s) and kinetic(μ_k) frictional coefficients of cutting surface by the surfacer were from 0.52 to 0.61 and from 0.36 to 0.42, which is higher than the sanding surface(μ_s =0.42, μ_k =0.32). These frictional coefficients showed the excellent tactility of surface when cutting laminated bamboo with the surfacer. |
