中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在暸解學生運動參與程度與健康體適能成績之相關、差異與影響情形。以中州技術學院九十二學年度第二學期進修專校學生選修體育課程之男生合計86名為研究對象。以問卷調查及體適能測驗蒐集資料與整理,有效樣本80份,回收率為93.02%,並根據有效樣本之各項問卷資料範園,供作探討其中有關之變異。經統計分析後,得到下列結論:一、運動參與程度與BMI、仰臥起坐、立定跳遠呈正相關 (p<.05);BMI與立定跳遠呈正相關 (p<.05),仰臥起坐和心肺耐力呈正相關 (p<.05)。二、不同運動參與程度者之BMI、仰臥起坐和立定跳遠間差異情形達顯著水準;t值分別為-4.996 (p<.01)、-3. 993 (p < .01 )、;-3.775 (p<.01);結果高運動參與程度者優於低運動參與程度者。三、不同體型之運動參與程度、仰臥起坐與立定跳遠間有差異情形達顯著水準;F值分別12.061 (p<.01)、6.179 (p<. 01)、17.474 (p<.01),結果中等體型顯著優於瘦長體型。四、進修專校學生在各預測變項中「立定跳遠」(F=18.336,p<.01)、「身體質量指數」(F=10.631,p<.01)與「體前彎」(F=7.301,p<. 01)達顯著水準,可預測運動參與程度,其解釋變異量為19%。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this project is to understand the relation, variation, and influence of the exercise participation and health fitness score of students. Case study sampled from 86 night school students of Chung Chou Institute of Technology attending elected physical education in the second semester in the fiscal year of 2003. 80 available questionnaire and information were recollected. Effective questionnaire was up to 93.02%. Based on the collected questionnaire, further investigation of variations was performed. Following conclusions were made after statistical analysis: 1. Exercise participation and BMI, sit-ups, standing broad jump are positively correlated (p<.05); BMI and standing broad jump are positively correlated (p<.05), sit-ups and cardio-respiratory endurance positively correlated (p<.05). 2. Different exercise participation contributed to significant difference in BMI, sit-ups, standing broad jump; t value are -4.996 (p<.05), -3.993 (p<.05), -3.775 (p<.05), respectively; result indicated high exercise participators were better than low exercise participators. 3. Different body types resulted in significant differences in BMI, sit-ups, standing broad jump; F values are 12.061 (p<.05), 6.179 (p<.05), 17.474 (p<.05), result indicated medium body type was better than slender body type. 4. Variance in 'Standing broad jump' (F=18.336, p<.01), 'Body mess indicator' (F=10.631, p<.01), and 'Sit and reach' (F=7.301, p<.01) of night school students were up to significant levels. These values can predict Exercise Participation with a variance for explaining that was 19%. |
