中文摘要 | 本研究以某科技大學為研究對象,取得該校92至94年度各系科資料,以模糊 德菲法篩選投入與產出項,配合技專校院校務基本資料庫,組成6種模型以DEA 分析法評估,運用敏感度分析來測試投入及產出項的選取,對研究結果具有決定 性的影響。研究結果顯示:1含師資、研究計畫件數、研究計畫金額、研究成果 之模型中,「研究成果」之產出項對整體CCR效率值的影響大;2含師資、教 學、研究計畫件數、研究計畫金額、研究成果之模型中,「教學」的投入因子是 一個具重要性的影響DEA結果的敏感因子;3透過Jackknifing的過程,測試極端 的決策單位對效率前緣的影響,發現相對於CCR,BCC的效率前緣與效率值對於 極端值的決策單位是更敏感的;4增加投入與產出變項於模型時,DEA效率值似 乎對於極端值的影響是較穩定的。 關 |
英文摘要 | Research this regard one University of Science and Technology as research object, obtain school this department's data in all the year from 92 to 94, it uses fuzzy Delphi method with input and output item, cooperate with schools basic database, make up 6 kinds of models to assess with DEA analytic approach, use the susceptibility to test input and output one is chosen, influence decisive to the result of study. The result of study shows: 1 Include teachers, research and plan the piece, study in the amount of money of the plan, model of the research results, output one of ' the research results ' has a great effect on whole CCR efficiency value 2 Include teachers, teaching, research and plan the piece, study in the amount of money of the plan, model of the research results, the input factor of ' teaching ' is a sensitive factor of a influence DEA result with importance 3 Through the course of Jackknifing, test the extreme decision unit to the influence before efficiency, find to CCR, and the decision unit to extreme value of efficiency value is more sensitive before the efficiency of BCC 4 Increase and put into and change one with the output on the model, the influence on extreme value seems more steady that DEA efficiency value. Expect this research that the longterm management tactics drafted of challenge newly to the University of Science and Technology, benefit to some extent. |
