中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討雛鵝飼糧中不同有效磷含量及不同植酸�t添加量,對雛鵝生長性 能、脛骨灰分含量、血液成分及磷利用效率的影響。 本試驗以一日齡白羅曼雛鵝 360 隻, 公、母各半, 分兩批逢機分置於 2 個試驗中, 試驗 1 的試驗設計為:2 個植酸�t添加量 (0 及 600 U/kg) × 3 個有效磷含量 (0.17、0.22 及 0.32 % ) 的複因子設計; 試驗 2 的試驗設計為: 2 個有效磷含量 (0.17 及 0.22 % ) × 3 個植酸�t添加量 (0、 600 及 800 U/kg) 的複因子設計,以上兩個試驗均為每個處理組合 2 重複, 每重複 15 隻雛鵝; 試驗為期 4 週,試驗期間飼料及飲水均給予任食。 於試驗結困時秤雛鵝體重及飼料攝食量 ,每欄並任選 4 隻雛鵝,抽血後屠宰,取兩腳脛骨以進行測定脛骨強度及灰分含量。 試驗 2 於生長試驗結束時,每處理任選 4 隻雛鵝進行代謝試驗。 試驗結果顯示,雛鵝飼糧中含 有效磷 0.17 %未添加植酸�t者, 其增重比飼糧含有效磷 0.22 %或添加植酸�t 600 U/kg 者差 (P<0.05),但飼糧中有效磷含量提高到 0.32 %或植酸�t添加到 800 U/kg 時, 雛鵝 增重與飼糧中含有效磷 0.22 %或添加植酸�t 600 U/kg 者相近。脛骨灰分含量隨著有效磷 之提高而有增加的趨勢,飼糧中僅含有效磷 0.17 %者,脛骨灰分重及脛骨灰分百分比,顯 著的低於其他各處理組 (P<0.05)。 飼糧中有效磷含量對血清中鹼性磷酸�t、鈣及磷的含量 有顯著的影響,飼糧中含有效磷 0.17 %且禾添加植酸�t時,血清中鹼性磷酸�t顯著高於其 他各處理組 (P<0.05);而血清中鈣及磷含量,則顯著的低於其他各處理組 (P<0.05)。提高 飼糧中有效磷含量到 0.22 %或添加植酸�t 600 U/kg 後,血液中鹼性磷酸�t的活性降低, 血液中磷的含量則顯著提高。然而血清中天門冬胺酸轉胺�t、丙胺酸轉胺�t、血紅素量、血 球容積以及脛骨強度、脛骨屈曲力矩及脛骨應力,在各處理組合間的差異不顯著。鶵鵝飼糧 添加植酸�t 800 U/kg 者,排泄物磷含量降低 17 至 25 %。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of supplemental phytase and available phosphorus (AP) on growth performance, tibial ash content, blood characteristics, and the bioavailability of phosphorus on goslings. Three hundred and sixty day-old White Roman goslings, half males and half females were randomly assigned to two trials. In trial 1, two levels of phytase (0 and 600 U/kg of diet) were added to diets containing three levels of AP (0.17, 0.22, and 0.32%). In trial 2, three levels of phytase (0, 600, and 800 U/kg of diet) were added to diets containing two levels of AP (0.17% and 0.22%). Both trials were factorial design. Each treatment had two replicates of 15 goslings. Each trial was conducted for four weeks under no restricted feed and water supplement. Each gosling was weighed and feed consumption was calculated at the end of the trial. Four goslings were randomly selected from each pen for taking blood samples and were slaughtered afterward. Tibial bones were collected to determine bone strength and ash content. At the end of feeding trial 2, four goslings were randomly selected from each pen for mineral metabolic trial. The results showed that goslings fed 0.17% AP with no phytase supplement had less weight gain as compared to goslings fed 0.22% AP or 600 U/kg of phytase supplement (P<0.05). Weight gain of goslings fed 0.32% AP or 800 U/kg of phytase were not further improved as compared to goslings fed 0.22% AP or 600 U/kg of phytase groups. The tibial ash content tended to increase when AP levels were increased. The tibial ash weight and ash percentage in 0.17% AP without phytase supplement group were significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05). Goslings in this treatment also had higher serum alkaline phosphatase (P<0.05) and lower serum calcium and phosphorus levels as compared to other treatments. Increasing the AP up to 0.22% or added phytase up to 600 U/kg of diet would lower the serum alkaline phosphatase activity and increase the blood phosphorus. However, the serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , hemoglobin, packed cell volume, and tibial strength were not different among the treatments (P>0.05). The phosphorus in the excreta was found to be decreased by 17 to 25% when 800 U/kg phytase was added. |
