中文摘要 | 本研究採用O'Neil and Snow所創的努力歸因量表,收集到622份國立高雄應用科技大學應屆畢業生之有效樣本,目的乃檢定此量表在男女群體間之測量恆等性。研究結果發現努力歸因量表在男女之間乃爲部分恆等模式,不過,男女做努力歸因時的態度是對等的。此外,研究結果尚發現男女兩方之因素平均數皆無顯著的不同。 |
英文摘要 | This study adopted the Effort Attribution Scale created by O'Neil and Snow, and collected 622 valid data from students in the National Kaoshiung University of Applied Science in order to examine the measurement invariance of the scale between male and female. Study results show that the model invariance of Effort Attribution Scale between male and female were partial. However, male and female students attributed their effort in the same manner. Moreover, this study also found no significant gender differences for factor means. |
