中文摘要 | 台商赴中國投資風潮於民國八十年代漸興,石材業者基於取得對岸低廉生產成本、豐饒礦源,及藉勢中國外資優惠政策,其運作型態普遍形成台灣、中國或第三國間跨國多廠生產的佈局。本研究針對石材業跨國多廠經營之供應鏈活動,建構最佳化決策模型,於極短時間內整合各環節資訊與資源活動,達到系統運作總成本最小的目標,相較於傳統人為經驗法則,可為企業減少約 3~11%的總成本,為跨國業者分析與制定經營策略的有效工具,增益競爭能力。 |
英文摘要 | Since the trend of direct investment in China had risen during the 1990s, most Taiwan stone companies had planed to deploy the multiple-plant operation between Taiwan and China. It’s for the sake of obtaining lower manufacturing cost, abundant quarries, and benefits from Preferences Policy for Foreign Capital issued by China Government. This study attempts to develop the context of multi-plant supply chain according to the parameters acquired from field surveys, and sequentially constructs the best model of managerial decision for Taiwan operators. The ultimate target of the model suggests guarantee the lowest cost in the operation of overall system. Expectedly, we assist operators to integrate information in details derived from every valued activity in the shortest time, and generate the ideal combination in essential part of supply-chain activities. Comparing with the operation of traditional human experience, our transnational multi-plant supply chain model that can reduce the total cost about 3%~11% is an effective instrument for practical carriers. This research benefits the transnational multi-plan operators in managerial analysis and strategic planning; and hence, it assists operators to create the better competitiveness in the worldwide market. |
