中文摘要 | 近年來非資訊管理人力使用電腦科技及相關技術的能力大幅提升,而大專院校資訊管理學門畢業生的人數居高不下,更造成此一領域的人力資源投入就業市場時所面臨的競爭性增大。根據各項就業調查資料顯示,資訊管理學門畢業生的就業率普遍偏低,而其整體素質及能力未見提升更是周知的事實。因此,關於前述的課題如何改善實有深入探討的必要。本研究將從學校教育的學習評量著手分析,於二個不同年度(2004年及2007年)比較資管系(科)的學生在學習態度、學習障礙、學習成效以及未來規劃上的變化及差異性,並提出相關的建言。藉由本研究得知,因應業界在實務技術上的需求,程式撰寫能力已略有提升,然外語能力及相關證照取得的質與量卻未見改善;未來針對多元化學程的規劃及與業界間的協力關係極待進一步的強化及確立。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, people who did not major in IM had greatly advanced in using computer and technology-related skills. However, the number of IM graduates of colleges is rising year by year, and results in a more competitive job market when these human resources look for jobs. Based on the data of job surveys, the job rating of IM graduates is still lower than other graduates'. Besides, the well-known fact is that students’ achievement and skills do not make great progress. Therefore, it is necessary to do in-depth research into the above subject. The aim of this study is start from analyzing learning evaluation of school education; with two different academic years (2004 & 2007), comparing varieties and differences with IM students' learning attitudes, learning barriers, learning curves, and the future blueprint, and then proposes suggestions. Based on the study, although there was a great progress of programming due to the demand for practical technology, the skill in second language and the quantity of acquiring related certificates do not have much improvement yet. Therefore, the study focuses on establishing multi curriculum lesson plans and cooperating with enterprises. |
