中文摘要 | 此研究乃針對易腐產品的庫存模式作探討,並透過搜尋演算法來界定過期產品的數量,以評估有效期的影響。庫存品除了會有退化的損耗以外,過期而無法銷售也是一大損失。故過期產品如何透過適當的排程或批量的控制來排除,則是庫存模式中一項重要的課題。研究中利用設置成本、庫存成本、退化成本、過期成本及銷售損失等成本結構來探討可能的損失。庫存的進出原則採取先進先出,故文中利用搜尋演算法來計算連續的庫存模式中的過期產品量,並決定最佳的批量、生產週期及平均單位成本。最後,透過範例的說明,可協助了解各項參數對模式的影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we consider the expiration date for inventory model which takes the policy of first in first out. Besides the deterioration, items unsold until expiration date take a main part of cost in optimal lot size inventory model. According to the valid days, cases are discussed to evaluate the influence of expiration date. Possible losses include setup cost, holding cost, expired cost, deterioration cost and sell lost. The search algorigthms are used to calculate the expired quantity. A numerical example is given to illustrate the implementation of the proposed mode. With the aid of the model, we can determine the optimal lot size, production cycle, average cost per unit time and a constructive policy to setup expiration date. |
