英文摘要 | This paper investigates the optimal state-dependent replacement policy for a semi-Markovian deteriorating system subject to random shocks. For a semi-Markovian deteriorating system, it is well-known that the optimal replacement policy is state-age-dependent. However, the state-age of a system may not be known in practice. In this situation, the state-age-dependent replacement policy is not applicable and the state-dependent replacement policy becomes a suitable choice. The objective here is to derive the optimal state-dependent replacement policy such that the expected long-run cost rate is minimized. We show that the optimal policy is of control limit type and has monotonic properties with reasonable conditions on the cost and time parameters. Furthermore, a comparison of the optimal state-dependent and teh optimal state-age-dependent replacement policies is conducted. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the performanced of both optimal policies. |
