中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在瞭解碩士在職專班研究生的個人屬性、學習動機、價值觀、學習障礙及學習行爲等因素之關係,並以國立嘉義大學EMBA班爲研究對象,發現個人屬性會影響學習動機、價值觀、學習障礙,學習動機與學習行爲間有顯著關聯,其中以求知興趣、外界期望、社交接觸、職業進展的學習動機較爲顯著;另外,目的價值觀之學習價值觀對於學習行爲呈現顯著的影響;而在學習障礙方面,個人因素、學校因素亦與學習行爲呈現顯著關係。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to understand the relationships among the learning motivation, values, learning obstacle, and learning behavior coming from EMBA students. We mainly focuses on the EMBA class of national Chiayi University as the research object. The findings of this research show that there is a significant correlation between learning motivation and study behavior. The learning motivation of interest, external expectation, and social relation have an significant effect on the learning motivation of professional advancement; In addition, the learning values of the terminal values present an apparent influence in learning behavior. Regarding to the learning obstacles, personal factor and school factor also are important factors. |
