中文摘要 | 輸送機料槽的性能是輸送系統中重要的指標,雖然其建造及維護成本對整個原料輸送系統而言,花費是相對低廉,但如果其功能不彰,對整個原料輸送系統的效率將大打折扣,並衍生出環保及工安問題,但以往因無任何傳統之設計方法可預測料流之性質,因此使得料槽之改善極其有限。近十年一種新的控流式料槽技術(Controlled FlowTM Material Transfer System)已被提出,其重點在計算出料流軌跡(Trajectory)速度,以控制料槽內料流之能量,將料槽內之撞擊減至最小而設計,可有效提高輸送量及降低落料,本文係針對此種料槽之原理及相關之應用技術作一說明。 |
英文摘要 | In spite of its low cost, relative to others in the whole raw materials handling system, chute plays a vital role in the performance of materials transporting, including environmental protection and safety. But with the unpredictability of materials flow characteristics by traditional design, the chute always could not be improved effectively and efficiently. Fortunately, a new system called Controlled Materials Flow Transfer System, whose key point includes a method for predicting flow speed along a trajectory, was recently developed. With that, a chute is so designed with a specific profile to control the energy of materials flow, consequently a minimum impact and material spillage become possible. All that include the basic principle about controlled materials Flow Transfer System and its application at China Steel will be described in this article. |
