中文摘要 | 中鋼公司廠區魚雷車軌道一般線路段所鋪設之木枕已於1996年更換為預力混凝土軌枕,而現有115組道岔段仍鋪設木枕。為配合環保政策,減少木材用量,開發道岔用預力混凝土軌枕,以延長軌枕使用壽命,降低鐵路維護成本。本文就開發成功之道岔用預力鋼纖維混凝土軌枕研發過程作概略性描述,包括:混凝土材料緻密配比設計、以SASSI與ANSYS有限元素法作軌枕動態模擬分析、軌枕試體驗證等項目,其驗證資料則回饋軌枕混凝土結構與強度計設作為修正。新開發鐵路道岔用預力軌枕之壓縮強度高達84MPa以上,為目前國內最高強度之超高性能混凝土。 |
英文摘要 | The wooden sleepers of the regular torpedo car railway have been replaced by the pre-stressed concrete sleepers at China Steel since 1996, expect 115 sets of turnout which are still paved with the wooden sleepers at the moment. New pre-stressed concrete sleeper of turnout system shall be developed for saving a lot of wood to meet the policy of environmental protection, and extending service life of the sleepers to reduce the track maintenance cost. This article describes the development procedure of the steel fiber pre-stressed concrete sleeper for torpedo car railway in turnout system, including the densified concrete design, dynamic simulation by SASSI and ANSYS using finite element method, and strength test for concrete specimens. The strength test records are usually fed back to modify the concrete structure and strength design. The compressive strength of the newly developed high performance concrete sleeper for railway turnout system exceeds 84MPa which is the highest strength concrete in Taiwan for the time being. |
