中文摘要 | 工業製程上經常使用之酸性觸媒為H₂SO₄、HF及AlCl₃等,雖可成功地應用於煉鈾、石化及特化等催化製程,但皆有其不易克服之困難,如HF具有毒性,AlCl₃有廢鹼液處理問題,H₂SO₄則有設備腐蝕及廢酸處理問題,因此工業界仍努力尋求其它固態酸觸媒,期能取代傳統使用之酸觸媒,其中分子篩在煉油及石化工業廣泛被應用,但仍無法取而代之,原因是分子篩等固態酸性觸媒,雖然克服了腐蝕及污染等問題,但也失去液態酸觸媒低溫活性之優點。異多體酸(鹽)則在克服腐蝕及污染問題之外,又能保持低溫活性之優點,其載型觸媒之製備與應用方面,已有相當重要之進展,應可成為新一代之固態酸觸媒。 |
英文摘要 | The acid catalysts H₂SO₄, HF, and AlCl₃ could be used successfully for a lot of catalytic processes in the refining, petrochemical and speciality chemical industries. However, the toxic pollution of HF, caustic waste treatment of AlCl₃, and facility corrosion of H₂SO₄ are still the remain problems to be overcomed. Recently, some of the solid acid or superacid catalysts were development for the replacement of conventional liquid acid catalysts. The utilization of solid acid catalyst brings the improvent in corrosion and environmental problems, but also diminishes the benefit of higher activities form liquid acid catalyst. For the consideration of homogeneous and heterogeneous acid catalysis, heteropoly acid (HPA) and its salt could be used in the industrial acid catalytic processes, and the recent progress in supported HPA catalyst makes in to be a potential solid acid catalyst in the future. |
