中文摘要 | 本研究係探討廢硫酸電解氧化再生法主要操作變數之影響,包括電解溫度、電極 極板之間距、空氣之添加效應等。 本研究以實驗室級 (bench scale) 之批式電解槽進行廢 硫酸電解氧化測試,實驗結果顯示電極極板間距愈靠近,電解效率愈佳,電解溫度之升高利 於碳氫化合物氧化速率之提昇,惟高溫操作需考量硫酸之損失,而水分解離產生之氧氣於電 解氧化反應中扮演氧化之主要角色。 經觀察廢硫酸電解之過程, 93wt% 硫酸提升濃度為 96wt% 硫酸時,其電解效率優於其他電解階段,電極極板於電解氧化反應中易生成薄層之覆 蓋物,其組成為元素硫。本研究續以批烷化反應系統,驗證電解氧化法再生硫酸之催化性質 ,實驗結果顯示再生硫酸經烷化反應測試所得之烷化油組成,與新硫酸者大致相同,說明電 解氧化法應用於廢硫酸再生之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the influence of operating conditions on the regeneration of sulfuric acid by electro-oxidation method. The main variables discussed are electrolytic temperature, the interval between the electrodes and the additive effect of air. In this article, the experiments were conducted in the bench scale electrolytic cell. It appears that higher regeneration rate of sulfuric acid obtained is due to higher electrolytic temperature and shorter interval between electrodes. The oxygen from the decomposition of water plays an important role during the electro-oxidation reaction. Meanwhile, the coating formed on the cathode surface after the electro-oxidation procedure is considered to be sulphur. Further, the compositions of alkylate from the regenerated sulfuric acid catalyzed alkylation are almost same as that of fresh sulfuric acid. That means it is feasible to apply the electro-oxidation method for the regeneration of spent sulfuric acid of alkylation. |
