中文摘要 | 現代科技已將幾丁質應用於水處理、造紙、農業、食品加工、化妝品及醫藥等方面,其中醫藥上的應用包括繃帶、人工血管以及人工皮膚的製作。二氧化鈦是廣用的光觸媒,吸收紫外光的能是後可促進水分子分解產生氫氧自由基,反應速率常數高達109M-1S-1的氫氧自由基通常被視為最具反應性的物質,因此在抗菌方面效果相當好。本研究利用奈米化之二氧化鈦處理幾丁聚醣人工皮膚,並進行動物實驗以探討其對大白鼠皮膚損傷癒合情況的影響。人工皮製品之評估亦包括免疫反應、吸水性、生物可分解性、殺菌能力等項目。結果發現本實驗製品較諸目前市售人工皮有較佳之傷口癒合能力,並且具有吸水、殺菌、生物可分解性及柔軟等特點,因此具有臨床應用之潛力。 |
英文摘要 | The modern applications of chitosan include water treatment, papermaking, agricultural and food processing, cosmetics, and medical uses such as bandages, artificial blood vessels and artificial skin. Titanium dioxide is a well-known photocatalyst, being capable of producing hydroxyl radicals from water. Hydroxyl radicals, normally bearing a reaction rate constant of 109M-1S-1, are commonly believed to be the most reactive oxygen species (ROS), and hence are very effective bacteriocides. This study investigated the wound healing effect of such a nano TiO2-treated chitosan using the animal wounded-skin model. The immunological responses, water absorbability, biodegradability and bacteriocidal capability of the prepared artificial skins were also evaluated. Results indicate that the nano TiO2-treated chitosan artificial skin (NTCAS) possess much more prominent wound healing capability than the current commercial products. |
