中文摘要 | 近年來,隨著全球化、國際化及市場化所帶來的競爭壓力,學校組織必須進行轉型,方能進一步提升競爭力。再加上,校園民主化及學校自主管理的風潮下,學校內部生態環境產生丕變,諸如:校長領導風格受到詬病,校長遴選制度受到質疑,教師要求更多的專業自主與校務參與權力,而學校組織文化不能符合成員的要求與期望,唯有更新組織才能夠提出有效的變通方式。 學校組織變革乃是「活化學校組織,強化學校效能」的重要策略;透過學校組織變革促使學校組織結構的改變、學校行政運作的革新、學校內外因素的適應、學校組織文化的創新、以及學校成員觀念的重塑,促使學校行政運作順暢無阻,進而提昇學校整體組織效能。職此,本文乃就學校組織變革的意義與內涵論述外,抑且提出學校組織變革在學校行政上的啟示,希冀有助於學校進行各項變革及革新的工作。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, along with the competition pressure that Globalization, Internationalization and Marketization bring, the school organization must carry on the transformation that promotes the competition. Moreover, the internal environment of the school changes under the school democratization and the School-based Management; For example the principal's leadership style is denounced, the principal-selecting system is queried, or teachers request more professional autonomies and the authorities to participate the school's affairs. When the culture of the school organization can not satisfy the members' request and expectation, the only one to advance an efficient resource is to renew the organization. Therefore, this study is to focus on not only the meaning and the content of the organizational change in schools but also the enlightenment on school administration. Hopefully, it helps for the innovatory work in school. |
