中文摘要 | 為確保學校之領導品質,近年各國之教育改革重點之一即在校長之專業培育。本文針對英國、美國、與新加坡三個國家的校長培育制度進行分析,並歸納其校長培育趨勢之所在。其中包括統合性的培訓機構、校長專業指標之訂定、校長證照制度的建立、課程兼重理論與實務、師傅教導方式之著重、課程教學及學習方法的多元化、與培育方案具彈性及時程之拉長等趨勢。三國培育方案之彈性、變通性、與因材施教之優點,值得國內未來設計相關培育方案之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Many have raised concerns regarding how to design an administrative preparation program that will make a difference in the quality of education. From an administrative point of view, this article first explores the different curriculum contents and beliefs of principal preparation programs. This is followed by an analysis of the developmental trends of administrative preparation programs that focuses primarily on the United States, Great Britain, and Singapore. It is concluded that the contents of the preparation programs should be adapted in order to provide more multifaceted and practical knowledge that reflects the current context of schools by encompassing issues of ethics, values, and the social context of schools. |
