中文摘要 | 本研究旨在暸解高中職學生的學校生活與幸福感的關聯,期能對提升學生的生活品質有所助益。研究工具採用「導師領導行為」、「班級氣氛」、「學習滿意度」以及「極短版中國人幸福感」四個量表,以LISREL 8.50版與SPSS 13.0版進行統計分析。研究過程先以205名高中職學生為預試樣本,將所得資料進行探索性因素分析,再以2,007名學生為正式樣本,將所得資料經驗證性因素分析進行信、效度考驗,並以此資料進行研究目的的探討。研究結果顯示: 一、高中職學生具有正向的幸福感受。 二、導師的領導行為、班級氣氛和學習滿意度與高中職生的幸福感呈正相關。 三、導師領導行為較投入、班級氣氛較好和學習滿意度較高者有較高的主觀幸福感。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between school factors and high school students' subjective well-being. The study utilized the survey method to collect research data through guestionnaires. In the first step, a pilot study was conducted for exploratory analysis with a sample of 205 high school students, followed by a formal sample of 2,007 high school students drawn randomly for confirmatory factor analysis. In order to achieve our research objectives, the second sample was analyzed by descriptive analysis and independent t-test analysis. Some of the major findings of the study are presented as follows: 1. The high school students had positive experience for subjective well-being. 2. Teacher's leadership behavior, classroom atmosphere and students' learning satisfaction were positively correlated with high school students' well-being. 3. The higher degree of teacher's devotion, positive classroom atmosphere and students' learning satisfaction, the greater the students' subjective well-being. |
