英文摘要 | How do track and field athletics release their tiredness and recover physical strength after the training? “Excessively tiredness” happens to those athletics who do heavy physical strength and energy and spend long time on doing track and field training. His training is to be used for athletics receiving better achievement in track and field competitions. Even though the training may present a better outcome, it causes some reflection to track and field athletics. For example, first, fibromyalgia, slow reflection, and then, some of their organs would have pathological changes. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to track and field athletics’ training tiredness and physical strength during the training. |
