英文摘要 | Topoisomerase II inhibitor ellipticine-induced apoptosis in human non-small cell lung cancer cells H1437 with ectopic expression of p21□ (p21), that is distinct from the parental cells that are drug resistant. The enhanced cytotoxic effect can be achieved through apoptosis. The results indicated that the sensitivity of ellipticine in p53-mutated NSCLC cells can be enhanced through introduction and nuclear migration of downstream of p53 regulator, p21. |
