中文摘要 | 本篇研究旨在探討陸軍官校學生身體自我概念與體能戰技測驗成績表現之相關,並進一步分析高低身體自我概念在各項體能戰技測驗成績表現的差異情形;以陸軍官校96年男性四年級學生為研究對象,計選取138 人為有效樣本。 本研究採問卷調查法,以「身體自我概念量表」及五項體能戰技測驗為工具,進行資料蒐集整理與統計分析,得知各變項之平均數為:身體自我概念186.04±30.21 分、三千公尺908.86±97.09 秒、仰臥起坐52.63±7.51 次、引體向上8.79±3.21 次、五百障礙333.06±75.63 秒與手榴彈投擲35.13±7.43 公尺,再以皮爾遜積差相關與t 檢定進行處理,主要獲致以下研究結果: 一、陸軍官校學生身體自我概念和三千公尺、引體向上與五百障礙測驗成績表現呈現正相關達顯著水準,r 值分別為-.370,P<.01;.298,P<.05;-.392,P<.01。同時體能與戰技各項目間亦均達顯著正相關(P<.05)。 二、陸軍官校學生高低身體自我概念在三千公尺(t =2.22,p<.01)、仰臥起坐(t=-2.17,p<.01)與五百障礙(t =3.09,p<.01)均達顯著差異,由平均數可以看出,高身體自我概念受試者在三千公尺、仰臥起坐與五百障礙的平均值顯著優於低身體自我概念受試者之平均值。各項平均值分別為三千公尺(879.30 秒優於960 秒)、仰臥起坐(54.70 次優於49.94 次)與五百障礙(299 秒優於376.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of research is discussed with the students’ physical self-concept and physical strength fighting technique of Chinese Military Academy. It analyzes the difference of the test result of physical self-concept in each physical strength fighting technique. We choose 138 effective students of fourth grade to be test in Chinese Military Academy in 2007. This research uses questioning investigation with a list of physical self-concept and five fighting techniques. The average results are 186.04±30.21 point on physical self-concept; 908.86±97.09 second on three thousand meter running; 52.63±7.51 times on sit-ups; 8.79±3.21times on pull-up; 333.06 ±75.63 second on five hundred hindering race; 35.13±7.43 meter on grenade throwing. Than we use K. Pearson Product-moment correlation and t-test to examine. The main result: 1.The students’ physical self-concept, three thousand meter running, pull-up, and five hundred hindering race, of Chinese Military Academy appear obviously standard of upright relation. The r parts to -.370,P<.01;.298,P<.05;-.392,P<.01. In the meanwhile, physical strength and fighting technique also appear obviously standard of upright relation. (P<.05) 2.The high and low students’ physical self-concept of Chinese Military Academy appear obviously difference in three thousand meter running(t =2.22,p<.01), sit-ups(t =-2.17,p<.01), and five hundred hindering race(t =3.09,p<.01). The average results show the students of high physical self-concept are better than ones of low physical self-concept in three thousand meter running, sit-ups, and five hundred hindering race.
