中文摘要 | 日常生活中含有咖啡因的天然物質高達六十多種,如:咖啡豆、可可豆(cocoa beans)、茶葉和可樂豆(kola beans)等。過去幾十年,科學家一直注意咖啡因在人體內的作用機制,縱使咖啡因對人體健康影響眾說紛云,咖啡因仍為全世界最受歡迎的興奮劑。有鑒於國人對咖啡因的消費需求越來越高,藉由本文獻整理,希望能夠讓國人更瞭解咖啡因對人體運動與健康之影響,做為國人咖啡因消耗之參考。 |
英文摘要 | There are more than sixty kinds of natural caffeine materials in life, like coffee beans, cocoa beans, tea leaves, and kola beans, etc. Several ten years ago, scientists have been noticed to the mechanism of caffeine in the human health. Caffeine is the most abundantly consumed stimulant worldwide. However, its safety remains controversial. Seeing the caffeine consumption is higher than before in Taiwan, we hope to promote our people to notice the effects of caffeine to the human exercise and health by the integrated references. Suggesting people may have to keep away from excessive caffeine intake. |
