中文摘要 | 本文運用計量分析技術,實證討論台灣地區人民主食消費情形之變化梗概,樣本期間自民國65年起,至民國94年止。利用一階差分LA/AIDS模型,求算主食類(包含米類、麵類及薯類)消費偏好是否產生結構性變化。概似比檢定結果指出主食消費行爲之演變趨勢,除反應價格與所得變化外,國人對主食品之消費偏好亦產生結構性轉變,轉換期間自民國74年起至民國84年止,包括需求函數中的截距項和價格變化的敏感度係數,都隨時間而逐漸發生變化。 |
英文摘要 | The paper utilized econometric model to investigate the shift in consumer preferences for the staple food in Taiwan. The first differential LA/AIDS model was used to estimate structural change of staple food (including rice, flour and starchy roots). The prices and quantities data between 1976 and 2005 are used. The likelihood ratio tests indicate that people's consumption behavior of the staple food have changed over time in response to not only the change of food price and the increase in average income but also consumers' preference structure for the staple food. The shifts including intercept and price parameter in demand function were gradually changed from 1985 to 1995. |
