中文摘要 | 國內對環保標章 日益重視,且年輕人對綠色產品接受度及對父母消費影響力皆高,然而學界對於將農產品納入環保標章計畫,民眾對標章貼水支村意願及影響因素,迄今並無學者是討。故本文以頗受歡迎的有機蔬菜公例,探討大專生對農產品納入環保標章計畫,標章貼水之支付意願與其影響因素。藉由敘述性統計與二元常態迴歸,分析不同屬性之大專生,對環保標章之認知與決定標章貼水支付意願之因素差異。結果顯示,受訪者對有利於環境的農耕技術,願付不同程度的價格貼水。在標章貼水支付意態度的差異上,顯示女性比男性、東部地區比西部地區的大專生有較強的支付意願,曾參與環保團體或志工,買產品會主動注意環保標章者,對標張貼水支付意願也有十分顯著的影響。這些結果對於將農產品納入環保標章計畫,提供一個可衡量的需求,也為相關部門在推廣宣傳與擬定行銷策略上提供了重要的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The emphasis on the eco-labeling system has been increasing nowadays. Young people’s effect on parents’ consuming and the degree of accepting green products are also quite high. However, the discussion on the topic of subsuming the agricultural products into the eco-labeling plan, and that of the effects and willingness to pay for the eco-labeling premium are not that common. The study takes the popular organic vegetables as the example to explore college students’ attitude toward the eco-labeling system and the willingness to pay for the premium. The descriptive statistics and the binary probit regression are implemented to analyze the different attribute of college students’ recognition on econlabeling and the diverse factors of deciding to pay for the eco-labeling premium. The result shows the interviewees’ varying extent of willingness to pay for the price premium on the agricultural technology favorable to the environment. The difference of the attitude toward the willingness to pay for the eco-labeling premium appears that the college students in the East Coast have higher willingness to pay compared with those in the West Coast, and the same situation applied to female compared to male. Moreover, people once participate in the eco-group or volunteers would pay more attention on eco-labeling when purchasing, and also have profound effect on the willingness to pay for the eco-labeling premium. All those results would provide a measurable demand for the plan of subsuming the agricultural products into the eco-labeling and a critical reference for the relative institution in the promotion and marketing strategy designing. |
