中文摘要 | 本研究以鈷60γ-射線應用於國立嘉義大學36 ~ 46年黴害紙質檔案滅菌處理之探討。試驗結果顯示,黴害紙樣之有效滅菌劑量為3 KGy,在此劑量以上之照射,黴害檔案紙樣經以PDA培養基進行培養已無真菌發育現象;經此劑量照射後紙張之白度及紙力並未產生明顯變化。由試驗結果可知,在γ-射線照射時,對於紙張可能存有潛在的劣化作用,採用γ-射線滅菌時,除了必須對真菌有效外,應妥慎選定對於紙張照射處理安全之劑量 |
英文摘要 | Abstract The main purpose of this research is to investigate the feasibility of γ-ray irradiation for the disinfection of molded paper-based artifacts. The following results can be obtained:3 KGy of γ-ray irradiation are sufficient biocidal dosage to the fungi strains. There are not apparent brightness and color change for the filter papers after 3 KGy of γ-ray irradiation, whereas the decrease in breaking length and folding endurance of papers occurred gradually. γ-ray irradiation applied for treating molded paper artifacts may induce damage potentially, and it must be used carefully. In addition further tests would be needed. |
