中文摘要 | 策略領導理論已不斷地被領導或組織行為領域學者所研究與討論,在領導領域嘗試建構理論,如同行銷、營運、人力資源等範疇,又定會遭遇到關鍵領導特徵的信、效度問題。然而,相關文獻中,策略領導這個重要構念,既無有效的測量工具來衡量,也未曾進行區別與收斂效度的檢驗。本研究發展「策略領導量表」,並檢視它的信度、區別效度、收斂效度與理論效度,透過二次收集高階主管填答問卷之獨立樣本,進行一系列的分析。包括信度分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析,與後續的一連串檢定結果,均顯著支持本研究的量表。此外,並提供策略領導之理論效度的評估,以建立它的預測效度。最後,討論本研究成果,及其可提供後續進行策略領導之研究。 |
英文摘要 | Scholars of leadership and organization behavior have long explored and studied the strategic leadership theory. Any attempt at theory construction in this area must encompass reliable and valid measures for key leadership characteristics. Yet, with respect to an important construct, i.e., strategic leadership, there is still no proper measurement among academic researches. In this paper, we develop a scale for strategic leadership. We collected data from top-managers for two independent samples, and performed a series of analyses to establish the reliability and validity of the scale for strategic leadership. The reliability measures, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and subsequent statistical tests strongly support our measure. Further, we also present nomological validity of the constructs of strategic leadership. Finally, we discuss our results and how this study might be useful to other researchers. |
