中文摘要 | 目的:評估盧--尼神經心理測驗組中文修訂版的信效度。方法:從高雄市、臺南 市等地區,總共抽取腦傷患者 100 名,精神分裂症患者 50 名和正常控制組 130 名受測者 接受本中文版神經心理測驗組之測試,根據測驗結果,進行多種信度及區辨效度的評估。結 果:根據本測驗組的評分者一致性、x 係數、重測信度以及測量標準誤的分析結果,顯示各 種信度係數甚佳,測量誤差很小。在區辨效度資料方面,此神經心理測驗組能有效區辨腦傷 組和正常組在所有臨床量尺上表現的差異,而在大多數量尺上,腦傷組和精神病組表現亦有 顯著差異。此外,本研究以所有臨床量尺分數為預測變項,以腦傷組和正常組、腦傷組和精 神病組各為分類變項,進行區別分析,結果各自找出一個顯著的區別函數,顯示兩者皆具有 區分組別的功能。其中動作功能、智力運作、語言接受等能力為區辨腦傷組和正常組的主要 向度,而觸覺動作功能與語言表達能力,則為區別腦傷組和精神病組的主要向度。區別分析 結果並顯示,此測驗組對腦傷患者的辨識成功率達 85% 左右。 結論:盧 -- 尼神經心理測 驗組中文修訂版,具有良好的、基本的信效度資料,可以提供國內臨床與慢性復健機構使用 。內文並討論未來的研究方向。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery (LNNB). Methods: 100 brain-injured patients, 50 schizophrenia patients, and 130 normal control subjects were sampled from southern Taiwan and were administered the Chinese version of the LNNB. Results: Analysis of LNNB clinical scales showed that interrater reliability, test-retest reliability, and internal consistency alpha coefficients were high. The standard errors of measurement were small. Diagnostic validity data showed this battery could discriminate among brain-injured, schizophrenia, and normal subjects on performance of the LNNB scales. Two discriminant analyses were performed using all clinical scales as predictors of membership in two groups: brain-injured patients vs. normal subjects and braininjured patients vs. schizophrenia patients. The best predictors for distinguishing between brain-injured patients and normal subjects were motor function, intellectual processes, and receptive speech scales. The best predictors for distinguishing between brain-injured patients and schizophrenia patients were tactile function, motor function, and expressive speech scales. The hit rates for the braininjured group were about 85% with discriminant function analysis. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the LNNB posesses good psychometric properties. It is a reliable and valid tool, and is suitable for clinical use in hospitals and rehabilitation agencies in Taiwan. |
