中文摘要 | 混凝土工程品質之驗收係以抗壓強度作為評估標準,一般係採用抗壓試體或鑽心試體來評估混凝土版結構之品質。但若能藉由非破壞性試驗來評估混凝土之品質,不僅不損害受檢物,更可長期全面監測。本研究係探討混凝土之抗壓強度與反彈錘數關係,首先建立混凝土反彈錘數與抗壓強度之關係式,再將現地所量測之反彈錘數值代入相關式,求得混凝土版之抗壓強度並與實際鑽心試體強度相比較,以探討反彈錘應用於評估混凝土強度之可行性。研究結果顯示,本研究所建立之反彈錘數與抗壓強度相關式,具有良好相關性。以反彈錘數推算混凝土抗壓強度與實際鑽心強度之誤差在20%範圍內,即利用反彈錘對混凝土版結構進行混凝土品質評估具有可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is aimed at the compressive strength of concrete slab in term of rebound values. We first establish an equation related to compressive strength and rebound values. The rebound values and the compressive strength of concrete cores were also measured by experiments. Then, compressive strength will be calculated by substituting the rebound values into the established equation, and those estimated compressive strength compare with the experimental ones at the same cores. Results show that compressive strength predicted by the established rebound values equation is of an error less than twenty percent comparing with the experiments. These curves were verified and suitable for prediction of concrete slab strength with the measured rebound values. |
