中文摘要 | 本文針對手機內所包含的各項功能項目進行探討,分別以顧客的角度:本研究將Kano-model與TRIZ的39個工程參數結合的方法來探尋出必須與魅力二類品質要素,以獲得顧客之基本的與潛在的品質需求;再以設計者的角度:本研究將Pugh與TRIZ的39個工程參數結合的方法來篩選出設計者於工程技術上所應採用的品質要素。接著為了滿足顧客品質需求的改善且避免工程品質要素的惡化之衝突,本研究採用TRIZ與QFD結合的方法提供合適的創新原則來解決相互間的矛盾關係,並進一步的使用權重概率綜合係數法連結競爭者評估矩陣,產生矛盾關係評估競爭者矩陣,除可以用來分析競爭者相互間的優劣狀況之外,還能藉此提取出最重要的因子,針對最關鍵的要素,朝創新原則所提供的解決方向改善。 針對所需改善的顧客品質需求與避免設計者惡化的工程品質要素,為了解決相互之間的矛盾關係,本研究提出複製(TRIZ40-26)、以便宜物體取代(TRIZ40-27)、事先動作(TRIZ40-10)、均衡潛能(TRIZ40-12)、置換機械系統(TRIZ40-28)、轉換物體之物理化學狀態(TRIZ40-35)、動態性(TRIZ40-15)、分割(TRIZ40-01)等創新原則,讓手機產品企業公司能擬定未來手機產品改良方向。 |
英文摘要 | This article each functional which contains in view of the mobile in carries on the discussion. For customers' angle: this research inquires about Kano-model and the TRIZ 39 characteristics union's method inquires about must-be and attractive quality elements, obtains the customer basic and potential quality demand. For designer's angle: this research screens Pugh and the TRIZ 39 characteristics union's method the designer the quality essential factor which should use in the engineering technology. Then to meet the customer quality need the improvement, and avoids the project quality essential factor conflict of the worsening. This research uses TRIZ and the QFD union's method to provide the appropriate innovation principle and to solve the contradictory relations. The further use the probability – importance comprehensive coefficient method links the appraise competitor matrix, except that may use to analyze outside the competitor fit and unfit quality condition, can also take advantage of this withdraws the most important factor, in view of the most essential facto, the solution direction provides which toward the innovation principle carries on the improvement. In view of the customer quality demand which must improve with avoids the project quality essential factor which the designer worsens, in order to solve the contradictory relations, this research proposed Copying (TRIZ40-26), Dispose (TRIZ40-27), Prior Action (TRIZ40-10), Equipotentiality (TRIZ40-12), Replacement of Mechanical System (TRIZ40-28), transformation Properties (TRIZ40-35), Dynamicity (TRIZ40-15), Segmentation (TRIZ40-01) and so on innovation principles, will enable the mobile product enterprise company to draw up the future mobile product the improvement direction. |
