中文摘要 | 大一新生初由聯考壓力的解放氣氛中,邁向多采多姿的大學生涯,常夾雜著許多的憧憬期待與些許的不安困惑,因此,極需學校積極設計方案介入輔導,以利其順利過渡到大學生活。本文將從下列幾方面來說明:(一)分析大學生的特質與新生適應需求,以作為新生定向輔導的根據;(二)新生定向輔導的功能與實施方式;(三)根據紮根理論模式、設計定向輔導方案。應用的大學生發展理論包括Chickering的的心理社會發展理論、Perry的認知發展理論、Knefelkamp & Widick發展性教學模式、Myers-Briggs人格類型理論、Tinto的交互影響理論等。(四)新生定向輔導方案設計:採持續一整年的方案設計,融合開學前模式、註冊前模式及新生課程模式,內容包括新生資訊網的建立、師生家族制、教師教學技巧知能研習、新生家長會、新生人門課程等。 |
英文摘要 | The relief from the pressure of university entrance examination to a colorful university life, the freshman students have the mixture feelings of expectations and uncertainty, therefore the school needs actively design special orientation to help students to adjust their university lives. This research includes the following points: 1) Analysis the traits and adjustment needs of freshman students, then accordingly design orientation strategy; 2) Analysis the function and application of the orientation; 3) Orientation Strategies will be based on the following developmental theories: Chickering’s Psycho-Social Development Theory, Perry’s Cognitive Development Theory, Knefelkamp and Widick’s Development Teaching Model, Myers Briggs’s Personality Type Theory, Tinto’s Interaction Effect Theory; 4) Freshman students orientation design project: this project will last for one year and will be integrated before enrolment, during activities, and during the entire duration of the course. It will include freshman students’ web information, teacher-student family system, teachers’ teaching strategies and seminar, the parents’ meeting of freshman students and details about the freshman course itself. |
