英文摘要 | The possibility of sudden change is at the center of the idea of the Tipping Point. The Tipping Point is the moment of critical mass, the threshold, the boiling point. The three rules of epidemics are: the Law of the Few, the Stickiness Factor, and the Power of Context. These related theory grown by the three rules may become the reference for the crisis management of school. This article draws up the core technology of the tipping point; analyses the related theory grown by the core technology, for example:80/20 Principle, Butterfly Effect, and Broken Windows Theory. In the end, we try to propose the enlightenment of the tipping point for the crisis management of school: 1.Nips in the bud, 2.Deal anything with calmly, 3.Prompt processing, 4.Afterwards examines and remember the lesson. |
