中文摘要 | 沒有教不好的孩子,只有不會教的大人,只要用心,就有可以用力的地方。一個舞台,一個機會;不同的機會,不同的新意,用心走過的,必留下痕跡。本研究依據創意教學的理念、創意教學的困境,談開發「創意教學」的教育行政思維。本研究結果歸納為五點:一、簡化工作職務:提昇「工作E化課程」、更新「工作整合服務」、創新「工作檔案智庫」。二、充實教育資源:更新「創意教學資源」、充實「創意發展經費」、擴充「創意支援小組」。三、提昇師資素質:開設「創意進階課程」、推動「創意來電系統」、規劃「創意發表小站」。四、規劃學生需求:強化「創意資源網絡」、研發「創意舞台列車」、激勵「創意成果檔案」。五、發展消費市場:開發「大牽小專案區」、擴大「區域策略聯盟」、推廣「城鄉文化交流」。 |
英文摘要 | Every adult has the ability of teaching and every child can be taught well. So long as the intention, has the place which we may make an effort. A stage is an opportunity. A different opportunity has the different idea. Passing attentively must leave the trace. This research according to the idea and the difficult position of creative teaching discusses the thought of educational administration of creative teaching. There are five findings in this research. First, simplifying work duty: promoting ”work Ecurriculum”, renewing ”work integration service”, innovating ”work file”. Second, enriching educational resources: renewing ”creative teaching resources”, enriching ”creative development funds”, expanding ”creative support group”. Third, promoting teacher's quality: starting ”creative more curriculum”, promoting ”creative electricity system”, planning ”creative publication stop”. Fourth, planning student demand: strengthening ”creative resources network”, researching ”creative stage”, driving ”creative achievement file”. Fifth, developing consumptive market: developing ”pulling small special case area”, expanding ”region strategy alliance”, promoting ”city and countryside culture exchange”. |
