中文摘要 | 旋窯爐因其可廣泛的處理各種型態的有機廢棄物,故為工業界較普遍採用之 焚化處理裝置,雖然已有一些使用的經驗累積,但對其內部流埸結構及混合狀態 仍未十分瞭然,尤其是固態廢棄物之焚化仍有持加強研究。本文即以有限元素法 分析旋窯爐內氣體流動及溫度分布情形,以期提昇對旋窯爐分析、設計之能力、 並探討不同操作參數對焚化性能之影響、本文成功的分析旋窯爐內三維之流場及 溫度分布。結果顯示若旋窯爐入口之迴流區流速甚小時,易形成固體表面缺氧燃 燒;當入口流速增大,此迴流區強度及流速亦隨之增大;入口紊流強度之增加時, 可使爐床面之溫度增加,此意謂著混合效應可促進燃燒反應及效率。 |
英文摘要 | Because rotary kiln incinerators can provide great versatility in treating solid, liquid and gaseous wastes, they are frequently used for thermal destruction of industrial wastes. Although, there have been some practical experiences, but the flow structures and mixing behaviors in the incinerator chamber are still not well- understood, and this is especially true for burning the solid wastes. This paper presents the finite element simulation of three dimensional (3D) flow structures and temperature distributions in a rotary kiln incinerator to advance the analysis and design ability. Effects of various operation parameters are examined. Results show that there are recirculation zones near the entrance region where the flow speed is low and lean-oxygen conoustion is tending to occur. However, the length of recirculation zone and turulence level increase when inlet velocity is increased, tending to increase the be temperature and the combustion efficiency. |
