中文摘要 | 認知教練強調協助教師教學認知發展的歷程,是一個有益於國內中小學教師專業發展的利器。本文除介紹認知教練的意義、目的、程序、實施技巧、國內外相關研究之外,亦分析認知教練的理念和作法如何應用在學校實施教師專業發展評鑑的四個階段(宣導期、發展期、實施期、檢討回饋期)上的具體作法,供國內推動教師評鑑的學者專家及實務人員所參酌,進而有益於國內教師評鑑實務與研究工作的推動。 |
英文摘要 | Cognitive coaching emphasizes the facilitative process of teachers' cognitive development, which is one of the effective means for improving professional development in tenchers. The purpose of this article is to explain the meaning, goals, procedures, skills and related empirical research of cognitive coaching. After discussing the literature and related empirical research about cognitive coaching, this paper aims to provide some implications for the implementations of cognitive coaching in Taiwan's professional development oriented teacher evaluation. |
