中文摘要 | 教育是促進社會向上流動的助力。教育成敗與否關係到人才的培育與國家的競爭力。美國有感於教育是提升國家競爭力的重要性,積極的改革,目的在提高美國公立中小學教學品質,充分照顧每位學生,確保所有學生的受教品質。美國教改的基礎,包括:(1)提昇學生學業成就(2)加強教師專業品質(3)家長的教育選擇權(4)加強績效責任。 台灣的教育改革始終追隨西方世界的腳步,以美國為仿效的對象,但美國的教改真的可以全盤的移植到台灣嗎?本文分析美國教育改革的現況以作為台灣的教改借鏡與啟示。 |
英文摘要 | Education is the helping hand of promoting the society to flow upwards. Whether the educational success or failure concern talents' cultivation and competitiveness of the country or not. U.S.A.'s thoughts had importance of improving the national competitiveness in education, to have done the comprehensive reform positively, to posit the role of the federal education of middle and primary schools. The purpose was to improve the teaching quality in the public middle and primary schools of The students could all get good education. The foundation of U.S.A.'s educational reform, included: 1. promoting student's study achievement 2. strengthening teacher's professional quality 3. parents' right to choose of education 4. strengthening performance responsibility. Follow the step of the Western countries all the time in educational reform of Taiwan, regard U.S.A. as target that imitate, but the U.S.A. educational reform can transplant to Taiwan totally really? This study analyse present situation, U.S.A. of educational reform, in order to referring and enlightenment of educational reform of Taiwan. |
