中文摘要 | 人力資源是醫院取得競爭優勢的重要因子,本研究以護理人員從事醫學美容人力資源管理概念為中心,護理人員從事醫學美容人力資源既是醫院經營最大的資產,但在人力組合與數量調配不當的時候,就會成為醫院經營上最沈重的成本負擔,故掌握正確的發展方向,善用各類人力組合從事業務,才能以最經濟的人力成本,發揮最大的人力資源效能;人力資源管理系統與組織能力具備了吸引及培養優秀的護理人員從事醫學美容功能,在招募及挽留臨床及管理人力的能力對參與醫院都相當有利,甚以調動的方式提高護理人員從事醫學美容在生涯上的機動性,以挽留及深植人才。 |
英文摘要 | Human resources are the major factor for a hospital to obtain superiority of competition. This research centered on the human resource management of nursing staff who do the job of medical skin care. Human resource of the nursing staff engaging in medical skin care is the biggest property of the hospital management. But when combination and quantity of the manpower were ill-allocated, they would cause the heaviest cost burden for hospital running. Therefore, to develop and make the best of manpower combination for professional work can lead to the most economical personnel cost and the most effective human resources. The system and organizational ability of the human resource management work well in attracting and cultivating excellent nursing staff to do the job of medical skin care. They are he1pful to the hospitals on recruiting and keeping clinical and manpower administration. They can even promote the mobility of the nursing staff who engage in skin care through transferring, which is very useful for keeping and fostering superior members. |
