中文摘要 | 新經濟時代屬於知識經濟為主的時代,經營知識已成為組織當前最為重要的 課題,包括:知識累積、知識分享、知識應用、知識轉換和知識創新五大要項, 做好知識創新也就是擁有競爭的力量。本研究以成人教育機構為研究主體,建構 知識創新之內涵模式,並探討影響知識創新的因素(創造力人格特質、領導風 格、組織結構)與知識創新程度之間關係。本研究採用結構方程式的分析方法, 研究結果發現,僅有組織結構具有直接效果。在實務上,本研究關於組織知識創 新模式之建構,有助於成人教育機構本身知識創新之衡量,此外,也可做為組織 改善知識創新能力的指導方針與依據。 |
英文摘要 | Knowledge, as intellectual capital of organizations, is the most valuable resource at the age of New Economy. Managing knowledge, including knowledge collecting, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge transferring and knowledge innovation, has been recognized as a critical competitive asset of organizations. The results indicate that the institution of adult and continuing education only has the factor of organizational structure on the model of knowledge innovation. On the whole, the evaluating model of knowledge innovation constructed by this study can help the organization of adult and continuing education to measure their innovating status as well as improve their ability of knowledge innovation. |
