中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討高雄港警局:(1)不同的分駐、派出所,在組織文化、領導行為,以及組織績效上是否有顯著差異;(2)組織文化與領導行為之關係;(3)組織文化對組織績效之影響(4)領導行為對組織績效之影響。(5)領導行為對組織文化與組織績效之中介效果。 本研究成功的訪問了226位高雄港警局員警,以單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、迴歸分析…等統計方法,以及LISREL軟體,檢測與驗證假設結果。研究發現:(1)不同的分駐、派出所,在組織文化、領導行為,以及組織績效上有顯著差異;(2)組織文化與領導行為有顯著之正向關係;(3)組織文化對組織績效有顯著之正向影響;(4)領導行為對組織績效有顯著之正向影響;(5)領導行為對組織文化與組織績效具有中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship among police organizational culture, leadership behavior and organizational performance. The following aspects are being discussed in detail: (1) Whether different police unit and station would have significant distinction organizational culture, leadership behavior and organizational performance; (2) The relationship between organizational culture and leadership behavior; (3) The organizational culture effects on organizational performance; (4) The leadership behavior effects on organizational performance; (5) Whether officers leadership behavior would have an intervening effect to police organizational culture and organizational performance. There are 226 first-line policeman from Kaohsiung Harbor Police Office responded to our study. We used descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Regression analysis and LISREL to analyze and test those hypotheses. The research found that: (1) There are significant differences in organizational culture, leadership behavior and organizational performance in different police units and stations; (2) There are significant positive correlations between organizational culture and correlations between organizational culture and correlations between organizational culture and leadership behavior; (3) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance; (4) Leadership behavior has a significant positive effect on organizational performance; (5) Leadership behavior has an intervening effect to police organizational culture and organizational performance. |
