中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高雄市國小教師對閩南語教科書選用行為模式。採自編問卷進行研 究,問卷內容包括選用態度、選用規範、選用知覺行為控制、選用意圖及選用行為等五 個量表,共發放320份,回收265份,回收率83%,有效問卷204份。以SPSS 12.0進行統計 分析與檢定,利用LISREL 8.52進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式的實證研究,以最大 概似估計法對本研究模式中各組變項間之因果關係進行估計。研究顯示,研究對象對閩 南語教科書選用行為模式中,教師選用態度愈高,選用意圖愈低,但會正向間接影響選 用行為;教師受選用規範之約束越高,選用意圖愈低;教師對教科書選用知覺行為控制 愈高,選用意圖愈低,但會正向間接影響選用行為;教師選用知覺行為控制不會影響選 用行為。利用本研究模式,可有效的建構及預測高雄市國小教師閩南語教科書的選用行 為模式。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to explore the pattern of elementary school teachers' behavior in selecting Taiwanese textbooks in Kaohsiung City. The questionnaire is designed to serve the purpose of the research consists of five scales, each concerning the attitude of selection, the standard of selection, the consciousness control of selection, the intention of selection and the behavior of selection, respectively. Questionnaires are distributed to 320 respondents and 204 among the returned questionnaires turn out to be valid samples. The statistical analysis and examinations are processed via SPSS 12.0. The confirmation factor analysis and the structure equation investigation are accomplished with LISTREL 8.52. By the maximum likelihood estimation, the causality between the variables in the research pattern is finished. The results demonstrate the research objects in terms of the teachers' behavior pattern of selecting Taiwanese textbooks. When the teachers' selecting attitude is superior, their selecting intention is comparatively lower, but this has a positive indirect effect on the selecting behavior. The teachers' of selecting consciousness control do not affect their selecting behavior. Based on the findings, the research has constructed a pattern that may predict elementary school teachers' behavior in selecting Taiwanese textbooks in Kaohsiung City. |
