中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討元極舞訓練對於憂鬱症患者對自己身體覺察能力(肌肉緊繃度、身體姿態、呼吸及動作)的差異評估以了解實驗參與者心理情緒(憂鬱情緒與睡眠品質)變化。實驗參與者經精神科醫師診斷為女性輕度憂鬱症4位患者,年齡介於20-59歲,罹病時間約1-2年;參加本研究8週24堂元極舞課程訓練前後進行深度訪談,輔以實驗參與者日誌、回饋表及錄音方式作為資料分析的依據。訓練過後個案對其自身的身體肌肉鬆緊、身體姿態、呼吸及動作間都與訓練前的覺察能力有明顯的改善。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluated the changes of body awareness (muscle tension, body posture, breath and movement) and emotion (depression and sleep of quality) in patients with depression before and after taking Yuan-ji dancing courses. Four female individuals were investigated in this study; all of them were between 20 and 59 years old and were medically diagnosed with light depression from 1 to 2 years. We conducted in-depth interviews with those patients before and after they finished a 24-session eight-week Yuan-ji dancing course. By analyzing the participants' logs, feedback lists, and interview records, we found the Yuan-ji dance significantly relieved the patients' muscular tension and improved their body postures, breaths, and movements. |
