中文摘要 | 終身學習法的頒布是融合三大類型教育(即正規教育、非正規教育、非正式教育),超越各種階段的學校教育,並歷經個人生命全程的活動,讓學習者有更多元的途徑,進行普化的學習歷程,因此、終身學習已成為二十一世紀社會學習的核心概念。 人類進入廿一世紀,面臨全球化、知識化、後現代化的影響,應付改變的不二法門就是新知能的充實。在少子化、高齡化、全球化現象及知識社會的環境變遷衝擊下,生涯發展也有重大的改變,成人必須再學習才能適應社會變遷的需求。高等教育的市場化及大眾化後,高等教育已從傳統學生的教育型態轉而偏向成人教育學生的終身教育延伸,成人教育在高等教育的角色日益重要,尤其是在終身學習法通過後,面對成人在職進修教育風起雲湧之際,需要對過去推展的情況省思,並對未來的方向構思。 本文將從探討回流教育在終身學習法的意義開始,其中包含終身學習的理論基礎及終身學習法制化的效益,接著論述終身學習的省思與啟示,由終生學習觀念的衍生進而說明我國成人教育的發展,再審視現今社會變遷的變化闡述成人學習的重要性及高等教育提供成人回流教育的必要性,並配合目前國內技專校院進修學制的運作經驗來思考終身學習法在進修學制上的功能以及推展進修學制的相關策略。 |
英文摘要 | The publication of lifelong learning theory is to integrate three major types of education, which refers to formal education, non-formal education, and informal education. It not only surpasses every stage of school education but also experiences personal life long activities. With provided multiple assessments can learners carry on popularized education; hence, lifelong learning theory has become a core concept of social study in the 21st century. The mankind has been facing the impacts of globalization, knowledge economy, post-modernization after entering the 21st century; the only solution is to improve individual's knowledge. Under the impacts of low birth rate, high percentages of elder citizens, globalization, fast-changing of knowledge society, individuals' lifelong career development changes. Higher education has converted from emphasizing on traditional education system to extending to the adults students and lifelong education. Adult education ahs played a more crucial role in higher education nowadays, especially after the lifelong learning law has passed. The public have to introspect the past and conceive the future of adult education while facing the popularity of it. Begin with the meanings of recurrent education in lifelong learning education including the foundational concepts on lifelong learning and the effects of legalizing lifelong learning education, this article then will expound the reflections of it and explain the development of adult education in Taiwan based on the concepts of recurrent education. Furthermore, the introspection upon the fast-changing society will provide the vitality of adult education and the necessity for higher education to supply recurrent education, and the authors will combine the authentic experiences of current continuing educational system in technology institutions in Taiwan to ponder the functions of lifelong learning to continuing educational system and the correlated strategies of promoting continuing educational system. |
