中文摘要 | 本研究目的從學習型組織的理論中,探討健體教育專業團隊實施的可行性,進一步分析教師專業的能力成長,讓身為健體教師者樂於教學中亦樂在終身學習。以文獻探討的方式,將所蒐集之相關資料加以歸納、彙整,進而分析與討論學習型組織融入健體領域教學應有之學習方法、要件。 本研究之結論如后: 學習型組織要融入健體教學領域的先備條件是要先融入學校,從學校的行政主管與部門著手規劃,建立行政部門間的系統思考及運作模式,鼓勵積極創新與發揮創意,藉由健體團隊學習的合作模式,讓學校成為終身學習的機構;進而地延伸到健體教師部分,讓教師以學校為榜樣、出發點,共組教師學習團隊,不斷向各教育機構取經,多方蒐集關於教學之最新理論與策略,並提出思考點共同討論,以精進與充實教師之教材與教法;充分利用社區資源與家長,做好學校教育與社區的結合,增進親師互動,相對地社區人士也會多關懷學校,適時的提供幫助,如此社區總體營造的工程亦就日益茁壯。惟此,學習型組織概念才能有效融入健體教學領域。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to seek the feasibility of implementing the learning theory into the professional group of healthy and physical education teachers. Furthermore, this article will analyze the teacher growth of professions to make them enjoy both teaching and lifelong learning. The research method was to gather and conclude the correlated information after doing the literature reviews, the authors further analyzed and discuss the methods and needs to interact the theory of learning organization with the field of teaching health and physical education. The conclusions of this are as follows: The prerequisite of interact learning organization theory with the field of teaching health and physical education is to make plans for the deans and administrative departments in schools, establish systematic thinking and interacting models among these departments, encourage active creativity, and make schools become lifelong learning organizations by cooperative model of healthy and physical teachers' team work. Furthermore, as for the healthy and physical education teachers, they need to make schools as leading cards to them, establish a learning team to view and learn from other educational organizations, collect the latest teaching theories and strategies, and bring up discussions to improve teachers materials and teaching methodology. In addition, exploiting the resources from parents and the communities and combine them with schools to increase the interaction between parents and teachers. Consequently, the residents in the communities will pay more attentions to the schools and provide appropriate help to them, which help the growth of all aspects in the communities. Hence, the theory of learning organizations can interactive effectively with the field of healthy and physical education teaching. |
