中文摘要 | 本研究製備兼具電性及磁性損失效果之鋇鐵氧體/聚苯胺、鈦酸鋇/聚苯胺及(鋇鐵氧體+鈦酸鋇)/聚苯胺等核殼型多層複合材料,再摻混環氧樹酯製成微波吸收膠片。探討核殼型多層複合材料結構、電介質/磁介質莫耳比例、導電殼厚度等反應條件對複合材料電磁特性的影響,並比較複合材料披覆聚苯胺前後之電磁特性差異,另應用IR、UV、EPR、XRD、SEM、TEM、SQUID 及HP8510C 向量網路分析儀來探討材料光譜特性、電磁特性及反射損失。 |
英文摘要 | In this work, the BaFe12O19/PANI, BaTiO3/PANI and (BaFe12O19+BaTiO3)/PANI core-shell multiple- composites with electric and magnetic losses were synthesized and introduced into epoxy matrix to be a microwave absorber. The effects of electronic media/magnetic media ratio and thickness of the polymer shell on the electromagnetic properties of composite were investigated. The origin of their electromagnetic properties of uncoated with polyaniline is also discussed based on the material characterization and reflection loss including IR, UV, EPR, XRD, SEM, TEM, SQUID and HP8510C network analyzer. |
