中文摘要 | 本論文引用奇異公司探討累積損害的三年計畫成果,結合已受驗證之動態模擬程式,據以評估製造葉片的金屬材料承受循環應力之疲勞過程,其目的在於研究汽輪發電機遭逢最嚴重激擾時,設計之初的安全係數選擇對各個低壓汽機未級長葉片疲勞壽命之影響。研究指出審慎設定斷路器動作時間之必要性,並證實藉由聯軸器的剛度調整,可使事故時各長葉片承受較平衡且輕微之應力,大幅減輕所受的損害。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper a modified dynamic program is used to simulate the turbine-generator blade vibrations resulting from four types of network faults. Our goal is to study the effect of the safety factors, selected in the beginning of design, on the fatigue life of last stage blades (LSB) of each low-pressure turbine (LP) following worst-case fault clearance and synchronizing of the simulated generator sets. Also revisions are made in the study when the stiffnesses and inertias of shaft couplings are properly adjusted so that all LSB of each LP can bear the balanced and less stress. |
