中文摘要 | 目的:研究已經指出有一群優秀的音樂家在腦傷之後,無法閱讀五線譜,這群人被稱為獲得性閱譜障礙者。相對地,另有一群人沒有腦傷卻有閱譜困難,被稱為發展性閱譜障礙者。然而後者的研究相當稀少,因此本研究報告一發展性閱譜障礙個案,他的閱譜速度相當緩慢,且無法將之轉譯成旋律。方法:以自編之音符記號量表評估個案之閱譜能力,再以深度訪談及行為觀察方式探討個案之閱譜、演奏及歌唱能力。結果:個案在音符記號評量上表現出較差的唱名能力及節拍概念。在晤談及行為觀察時,發現個案閱譜速度相當緩慢,且無法將之轉譯成旋律。然而,個案卻有良好的音感、演奏及歌唱能力。結論:閱譜障礙與音感能力沒有直接關係,且它不會影響音樂表達能力。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: Case reports of musicians losing the ability to read musical scores alter beam injury in the literature is quite common. This is known as music reading disability or acquired musical dyslexia. However there is some evidence that music reading disability can occur as a developmental disorder. But reports of developmental musical dyslexia are rare. This paper presents a case of a case of a slow musical reader who is unable to decipher musical notations, but he can play on a flute for any song what he heard. Method: To understand the case's abilities of reading music objectively the present study designs one basic music notes assessment, which including musical notation, rhythm, and treble/bass clef. On the other hand, to more understand the case's style of reading music and his performance of music, we make a deep interview with him and observe his behaviors of both reading and playing music. Results: The results illustrate that the case has significant difficulties in decoding musical scores that consisted of information about pitch and rhythm in a measure of musical notations, but he has a good ear for music (relative pitch ability) and is excellent in playing or singing it. Conclusion: This case provides a suggestion that musical dyslexia may not be directly related to music sensitivity. and does not necessarily affect musical performance. These results inform the parents or music teachers that if the child has difficult for reading music that would not be necessary to impair his music performance, no mater sing or play. Therefore, it is necessary to force the child to learn how to read a music score, when he or she has failed in it. |
